This position will assist our team leads with current and new projects, and improve workflow efficiency through teamwork and great communication. If interested, Please apply! 

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to demonstrate proper and basic power and hand tool knowledge and usage
• Must be willing to learn from others around them in proper field techniques and skills
• Completion of jobs in a timely matter that satisfies the customer
• willingness to learn the trade and the skills that with it to be a valued employee
• Will need to occasionally work out of town as well as overtime and weekends (scheduled in advance)
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to work in tights spaces, and from heights and ladders 
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs 
• Be willing to work in different weather conditions: heat, cold, light rain, snow
• Must adhere to company safety policies and wear proper PPE at all times

Qualifications: 

• High School diploma or equivalent
• OSHA 10 or 30 (Not required! but beneficial)

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and solid knowledge of basic mechanic’s tools, service, and diagnostic equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct maintenance and repairs, including electrical and control scopes.
• Communicate with customers to identify issues and provide solutions.
• Assemble mechanical parts per specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment functionality problems.
• Maintain detailed work logs, repair records, and submit daily reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of job sites and company vehicles.
• Perform assessments to prevent equipment inefficiencies.
• Lead and manage a team to ensure safety and quality of work.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Basic knowledge of Cooling Towers and Plate and Frame Heat Exchangers.
